How can I book this offer? I have asked membership service, and received the fololowing message:
There are no vouchers sent this is booked as a goldpoints plus reservation. This will show as a "This Way to Free Stay" with a "0" point needed.

I can not see this text anywhere when I try to book. Any suggestions what I do wrong?
