Service at Grande Bretagne Poor

I agree with vuittonsofstyle. We recently stayed at the Hotel Grande Bretagne using our hard earned points. In an effort to resolve our room mix-up (they arbitrarily changed our reservation from a Jr. suite to a classic room), the customer service of the "Grande Bretagne" has been flat-out unresponsive and arrogant. Although we were able to use the spa pools and saunas for free (Gold member might have had something to do with that), the spa wasn't anything special. Beware though, they might tell you one thing and change it when you arrive, just as they did with our room. We are still waiting for proper resolution of this matter. You're better off spending your hard earned money at one of the lovely hotels next door than your hard earned points on the Grande Bretagne.
