Clt-las segment, they'll get top dollar for. No need to discount the rest of the journey. I was checking loads earlier today for that trip (dca-clt-las) about 10 days from now; F cabin already sold out and Y has about 7 seats left on the flight I booked, and the other flights that day aren't much better, nor is the return. If people are paying for the one segment (and paying lots), I guess they see no reason to tack a feeder flight on and lower the price.
