"Don't do that." Yes, I see a lot of credible coworkers here. All 5 of them should have been running to the supervisor to get this jerk off the line. Instead, one says "don't do that" and only ONE decides something is wrong here. ONE.
With only 1 in 5 TSA employees willing (or smart enough) to report wrong doing BAO in this case illustrates exactly why people are continually subjected to abuse at checkpoints.
