What other tiers are there besides EMERALD CLUB
I got an offer to upgrade to EMERALD CLUB EXECUTIVE as a Platinum AmEx customer.

I have sent the request to National, and expect to see something indicating the Executive option on the website

Is this what they mean by "tier"?

Should I expect to be EMERALD CLUB EXECUTIVE tier when complete?
