I stayed there a couple of years ago. I think we took the kids over to the courtyard pool (it was part outdoor part indoor). Anyway, when checking in at the FI, they were very friendly and even directed me over to another desk area for a gift. Since someone was already being 'waited" on at the "gift" desk I just walked past it on the way to the car to get my luggage. The "gift" desk appeared to be a "timeshare" offer...so you might want to pass on that. But I would still highly recommend this property.
