Was this really a "suite" that you got? I received a complimentary upgrade to XL room, which of course is a mockery of the "XL". But this is NY. Trade puffery is the norm here including in this cat. 6 Hyatt property, which from my experience of unreliable and poor service and lack of facilities ought to be rated no greater than 3.
