I welcome the news and eagerly await the opening of new Hyatts in NY; especially a PH property. Grand is old and tired. Andaz properties are OK but in my view should carry a rating no greater than 3 (for service and facilities) instead of the present 6 which is just plain ridiculous. I hope PH NY would be a true 6 with facilities, elegance and service to match.
