My wife and I are flying back from southern Europe to HEL tomorrow and have both my LH gold card and EBS in the reservation. The flight was just rebooked so haven't been able to pre-book seats. I went to online check-in now and what seats do SAS find best for double status members? Rows 34 and 31! As far back as possible and next to the engines on the MDs...
What is worse; I can't change the seats! There is no link for seat changes!
I did not check-in and instead went to lh.com and pre-assigned good seats there. That however did not help and the bad seats are still there..
However, the SK check-in systems seems to be pretty easy and I could perhaps override it. But then I need to know what the link for seat changes looks like. To change FFP for example looks like this:
