Best I could find, Hyatt page not working properly. While it doesn't mention the fee, I was charged $35 Can.

In regards to smoking by the pool, actually, if you think about it, the chances are now greater that you'll have a smoker beside you at the pool. I can envision many smokers just deciding to take a non-smoking room and spending more time outside.
