Well, we should have expected this eventual outcome of the "hang up and call again" game - no need to call again now, the same agent can give you two opposing stories in the same call!

This topic was, of course, prompted by AAgents' being apparently clueless about the current promos. This is very sad. Some games are fun when you have to figure out the rules as you go, but not the miles game. AA, make this a top priority on your list of upcoming improvements.
