For many of you, me being a smoker and no longer staying in your hotel chain, you're thinking "No great loss!"
Hyatt has recently introduced a $35 fee to stay in a "Smoke Friendly" room. (Seriously, who came up with that gem?)
Thanks Hyatt, but I'll be taking my business to another chain until you get rid of this rediculous fee.
The smoking Respire rooms now offered by Hyatt, are guaranteed smoking rooms for guests who would like to ensure they receive a smoking room at check in. We appreciate your feedback.
