New version of the Rule Sheet - dated 1-Nov-2010

The wording in the Flight Application has now been changed to prevent crafty folk from including surface sectors and escaping the extra continent charge for travel between Europe/M.East - SW Pacific.

SINGLE FLIGHT NUMBER/ OR BY SURFACE IS CONSIDERED TRAVELLING
SWP-ASIA-EUROPE THROUGH THREE CONTINENTS.
Also, the Surcharges for premium economy have changed
- presumably they have gone up, but I don't have a record of what they used to be to confirm that
pandaperth is offline
