Hi There,

I have an upcoming rental at DFW, and want to add an additional driver. The main issue is that I'm flying in and meeting up with him later on. Two related questions:

1) Will I be able to add him to the contract without him being there? I have a copy of his driver's license

2) If I can do that, is there a way to do it in advance so I don't have to stop at the counter (I'm PC if that helps)

3) If not, would I be able to stop at an HLE later on to add him?
