Any advice to get these two credits credited. Phones numbers to call or places to email. I called rapid rewards but after talking to a supervisor was told I needed to call rapid rewards customer service at 214-792-5099. They are closed until tomorrow.
politely ask for a courtesy credit after explaining your situation. they'll likely give you one, but two might be a stretch. Add the 0.5 credit that budget should eventually send to your account and you should only be a half short of the original two credits you planned for.

That said, go ahead and have customer relations start a "partner inquiry." That's your quickest and most reliable way to get credit. Best results come from faxing them (214-792-5099) your request. Include a copy of the rental receipt from Budget, you name, RR #, and phone number.
