I rented a car with budget in DEN. Booked at southwest.com using the rent four days get 2 credits deal.

Its been a week since I returned the car. No credit. Finally called budget. Was told that they didn't have the rapid rewards number and that also they didn't have teh coupon code.

THey can add the rewards number but not the coupon code.

These two credits are kind of big because I am at 12 now and have 1 week to get to 16. I will transfer SPG for the remainder but its and extra 3000 SPG points which is not that little.

So I am super annoyed that somehow when I booked at southwest.com the ff number and coupon code did not get passed to budget. I will never be booking at southwest.com again.

Any advice to get these two credits credited. Phones numbers to call or places to email. I called rapid rewards but after talking to a supervisor was told I needed to call rapid rewards customer service at 214-792-5099. They are closed until tomorrow.
