I talked with ParkSFO staff about this after a trip leaving Friday, October 15. I'd arrived at ParkSFO about 5 am Friday morning and had no trouble parking outside. When I returned Sunday noonish, I found cars double-parked outside up and down the aisles (I had to get an employee to move one of them so I could depart). The employee indicated that had been happening the last couple weekends.
However, this past weekend, parking demand seemed to be way down. There weren't many spaces outside on Friday night at about 9 pm, but there were a few, and there was plenty of room on Saturday when I returned.
