Check out the TMobile HTC Dash - you can find one on eBay for about $100 new, $50-60 used. It has WiFi, Edge, Windows Mobile and a physical keyboard. I used to have one and it was a very nice phone.

I've bought 3 phones on eBay and have never gotten a dud. I make sure that the seller has several positive reviews and pay with PayPal so that there is some buyer protection.
