Is it identical to the service offered by several of the other airlines? No. Is it a formal, marketed product? Yes, undoubtedly. And as I already pointed out above, it only extends to the soft product, not the hard product.
And where is that a product? They also put in a bullet list for Mainland - Hawaii flights:
U.S. Mainland-Hawaii Service
* BusinessFirst signature large blanket and oversize pillow on B767 aircraft
* Electronic recline, back lumbar support/footrest and an adjustable winged headrest with branded headrest covers on B767 aircraft
* BusinessFirst adjustable headset to maximize audio and video entertainment options
* Printed menus showcasing meal choices designed by our world renowned Congress of Chefs.
* Four course meal that includes appetizer, salad (with choice of dressing), choice of three entrées and ice cream sundaes with a choice of toppings.
* Freshly baked cookies
That's also not a separate product, though there's more than just turning up the food which is what's done on CO's transcons.
