Fairfield Inn vs. Courtyard right next to each other: Which to choose?

Hello,

for an upcoming trip to Orlando I will need to spend one night on my way to the final destination. Looking up my options I found a Courtyard and a Fairfield Inn that are right next to each other and actually share facilities of each other ("you can use any pool of the neighboring hotels as well"). Both hotels have been built in 2000 and both been renovated in 2006, so no "age difference" either. I will be traveling with my wife and our five-year old daughter. We will be arriving there in the late afternoon/early evening and intend to leave sometime in the morning the next day to head off to our hotel for our vacation in Orlando.

So basically all we need is a place to sleep for the one night - what would your suggestion be in regard to which hotel to choose? As to the price, the Courtyard is about $15 more expensive than the Fairfield Inn which additionally includes breakfast. But apart from that (never having stayed at a US-Courtyard so far): Is there any benefit of a Courtyard over a Fairfield Inn that would justify the higher price?

Any insight would be very much appreciated. Íf it is of any importance, the properties in question are the Courtyard and the Fairfield Inn in the Marriott Village near the Premium Outlet Center in Orlando...

Greetings - Dirk
