Thanks for the views, I made the switch to ANA this morning when BD's call centre opened: I'll come back and try the FRA FCT a different time.

And the "usual" problems I was referring to, NewbieRunner, were LH's use of 2 seats in F at the window on the 747 (with the consequential service/privacy concerns) which aren't an issue on the A346 - a choice between a 747 and NH would have been even easier!
