Also I made example of Europe tax refund system. Since when Europe became NON-affluent, poor country?

BTW, Korean government has tax refund system to attract more foreign travellers to help their economy.

I'm not saying I don't agree with you, but it would have been much better if you didn't mention word affluent travellers/country.

Lastly, in FT forums, we talk about saving as much as few more dollars when we travel.
What's wrong with talking about getting tax refund?
Am I missing the purpose of FT?
