Not to mention that in many areas it's still 1 lane in each direction with no solid divider. At that time of the night that the OP is driving you really have to be aware and wary of distracted drivers drifting into the oncoming lanes. During the daytime the worry is somebody trying to pass when they shouldn't or running out of room trying to pass a semi.
Think there will be many bad drivers out there at that hour? It's not a time the drunks would be heading home on that road.
