The executive center and conference rooms are on the first floor. My guess is that those will get moved upstairs and the overall size of the club will be cut.
I was a frequent flyer in college, back in the late 1990s when I was on my college's debate team. Each air trip began with a BNA-STL leg on TWA, so it will be sad to see this last big reminder go.
However, having an AC in STL is better than no AC in STL, and the club always does seem under-utilized. The club was starting to show its age, especially in the restrooms.
