While I cannot comment on FHR, I do know there is a slight change to the 2011 Virtuoso benefits at The Peninsula Tokyo:

For 2011, Virtuoso guests will receive:

Upgrade at check-in subject to availability
Full American Breakfast for 2 daily
JPY 10,000 Food and Beverage credit once per stay good for any of the hotel restaurants (except for Kyoto Tsuruya), bars, Peninsula Boutique, or In Room Dining.

For 2010, the additional amenity is JPY 10,000 Hotel Credit
