A little bit of advice, please.

I'm trying to find some flights for next April in Business to the USA. Award Nexus is showing me some options on UA, US and CO, but when I call the service centre the only options they are giving me are LH.

Any suggestions why the difference? If the seats are available, surely all systems should be showing the same?
