And what if the passport is being picked up between the domestic flight and the international flight and the state ID has a different name than the passport? What about those instances where an individual has different passports with different names? Manual entry is going to be a rather increasingly frequent outcome of this mental midget requirement of passenger ID submission and/or presentation as some kind of supposed "counter-terrorism" measure.
