I was acting as travel agent for my dad last night who had a full-fare ticket back from Toronto and asked me to rebook his flight home, I searched for this feature on the web, didn't find it and ended up spending twenty minutes on the phone. Now if I'd gotten a comission I wouldn't have cared but I would like to see this on the web.
