I have received twice in two weeks the auto-reply that states it would take 7-10 days... it used to be sometimes the same day (even the same hour!) for DM. Is there a change in this policy? It is one that I actually do not like at all.

I sent an inquiry about the extensive delay on Sunday, 10/31. Within 5 hours I got a reply to my original inquiry (this time, unlike the previous- they ignored the fact that I sent a reminder, but the content suggested that they've been reading my reminder carefully).
However, they could not resolve my inquiry, though they have explained the reasons and promised to follow up. I will give them few days before I send a reminder again.

I am disappointed with the new email system on dl.com. It sometimes just routes emails to limbo.
