The only laws pertaining to carrying a gun on a privately owned airplane would be the laws carrying the gun to and from the airport from the state or municipality you depart from and arrive at.

Passengers on privately owned airplanes, including corporate jets do not go through any government security because they do not depart or arrive at airline terminals, they use other facilities at the airports, known as Fixed base Operators or FBO’s and often fly into airports that do not have any airline service at all, which means no TSA.

A well known radio personality, Don Imus is licensed to carry a concealed handgun in New York City, and frequently flies between NYC and his Ranch for Kids with Cancer in New Mexico. He used to fly on NetJets, but now flies on CitationAir, both fractional jet operators and he has even stated on the air the reason he bought a share of a corporate jet was that he could carry his gun with him at all time.
