Personnally, I think this guys is a
d*uche bag of the highest order.
All of AA's FAS have reason to be upset with the company, but being so brazen about taking it out on passengers is ridiculous and a disgrace to all the thousands of AA FAs and other customer service employees who are still providing excellent service. He (or she) seems completely unwilling to comes to terms with the fact that he hates his job and should move on to other things. It's pathetic, really.
