LUX-CDG on the LG codeshare never shows up. However, they must be able to see that the segment has been flown, because after the first 2 or 3 times finding someone who has a fax machine still, faxing the BP stubs, and a snotty letter, they now just credit the miles with no evidence about a week after my email. Give it a try.

The latest farce with mileage has been LUX-AMS-HUY booked in TWEEKLU, the KLM website shows 1500 miles available for the RT, yet they insist on crediting it at 750 miles. After lots of to-ing and fro-ing with them, I spoke to a dragon at AMS, and she sent an email on my behalf. I received a call back while in the lounge saying that my request had now been upgraded to 'complaint' status, and they were looking into it urgently. However they did ask me to fax a copy of the website. I wouldn't mind too much about missing out on 750 miles on the odd occasion usually, but this particular batch will level me up to gold, having missed it last year.

It doesn't surprise me though, I'd just like them to get it right once. 18 segments flown this year, 4 of which have been correctly credited.
