I thought an upgrade to executive room or suite was the requirement. Getting Club access is a nice bonus.

Anyway, with the club-bit under your belt, it's probably a good idea to see if you like the room they've given you before making a fuss. Otherwise a suite of two tiny rooms next to a lift shaft, rather than a well-designed room on the club-floor might be the outcome.
