For the closest property to the airport, the Hilton City fits the bill - spare Danish / Scandinavian design, decent breakfast, close to Brussel Noord station as stated, and easy to get to / away from. The regularly scheduled trains to the Zaventem airport take little time - perhaps fifteen minutes?
