The site was down for a while this afternoon, but now when I log into my account, I notice that my account activity section has much more detailed information. It looks like they have been able to migrate a lot more information from the old site now. So hopefully, about 30 days in, this saga should be coming to a close.

In reality, 30 days may not be an unreasonable amount of time for such a large transition, but if AGR had simply informed us at the beginning that "it may take up to 30 days for all of your account activity data to transfer to the new system" then I think we could have avoided a lot of strife.
