Prior to reaching DM, I used USA SCs (like ATL, DTW, MSP, JFK) on international Ms about every 6/7 weeks and this issue has never come up. If Delta is changing its position, I would like some concrete evidence like a public notice with specifics about fares or particular upgrades this would impact.
