Yup. I once had a snailmail ebay payment go amiss. The seller thought I was jerking him around until he got the payment - two months late, crumpled, dirty envelope with a postmark to prove that I had sent it when I had.

I no longer make ebay purchases from sellers that don't accept e-payments.
