let me add, we try to let new threads stand alone for a few days so the OP can get whatever batch of current responses are available. Then new threads are merged onto older ones. It really is the only way given our access to the software that some kind of order can be maintained.

And i share your frustration with search tools - I was recently looking on the Marriott forum for threads on a couple of specific properties and could not find threads started in the past few months no matter what keywords/phrases I used. I think part of the problem is the limitations of search.
