What are the factors affecting channel availability? Is it cost (a certain package) or just systems programming? If it's the latter, can we create a master list of other channels we'd like to see added - and I'll second the request for AMC.
The TV channel lineup is affected by cost as well as the fact that the aircraft antenna can see just one DirecTV satellite at one time.
A 'requested channels' list would be welcome - I can't guarantee anything but it's worth reviewing.
