Heya,

Am aiming to spring a surprise trip for the wife's birthday in May 2011. Have at my disposal enough free nights/points for around 5/6 nights. All the IC hotels in Moscow look like office blocks, to be honest. Any experience of which is best/worst, or near the touristy areas of town, without the dangerous nightlife?

Any and all suggestions/experiences welcome.
