HELP -- Cancelled LAN Flight

Hello all,

In need of some help/advice, if anyone can provide any suggestions on this situation.

Have a LAN South American Airpass with the following:

LIM-SCL
SCL-EZE
AEP-IGR
IGR-AEP
AEP-GRU

I´ve then got a *A ticket out of GRU. Issue is, LAN cancelled the IGR-AEP flight (a week in advance) and has no alternative to get me to GRU in time short of cancelling IGR altogether. Having sat on the phone with an agent for almost an hour now, I´m told that my two options are either (a) cancel my entire itinerary (which starts tomorrow morning) and get a full refund, which isn´t realistic given the other flights I need to be on; (b) rebook flights now, even though I can´t use them. I´m told by the agent - who says there´s not a single supervisor on duty right now and she´s communicating with him via cell phone while I sit on hold - that there´s no way to cancel just those two legs. The FAQ on the LAN website is vague about partially cancelling a South America Airpass ticket, seems to imply you can do it as long as you keep at least 3 legs, but I´m told no.

Any advice or suggestions would be hugely appreciated!!
