Not to nitpick, but that was an MD90, not 88. I'm pretty sure that the adjustments made are substantially different. The 90s now look a LOT like DC9's inside, with a long galley up front and the curtain divider between F and Y.
Hence the reason for just stating MD (mainly, I was tired and did not look at the actual model). However, if those seats are the same ones that are being assigned to the MD88, I will change my travel patterns and avoid them like the damn plague. The seats sucked donkey gonads.
