Not a hotel but a luxury B&B converted from a private residence, with 5 rooms in the main marble house and 3 in the historic wooden structure, but offering an experience that is competitive with Amandari though with a much more eco-tourism and in touch with local society focus. I was quite skeptical until I stayed there, and it greatly exceeded my expectations. Others like it too (I was unable to stay longer as David Bowie had booked the place for the following week). All 8 rooms can be rented for the cost of a suite at Amandari and makes for a much more private experience if that matters to you.
