Easy...I was being literal. You don't get it because you can't get since you don't live near one being in Seattle. I didn't suggest people in Seattle have poor taste. And I think we both know there's a lot more to LA than those three chains. I don't come on here to argue.
No argument intended, just poking a little fun, sorry if it sounded snarky. Born and raised in LA, still love the place, warts & all. I had my first In 'n Out burger when JFK was President, or maybe Ike, somewhere in SE LA county. I just don't think they're as great as their reputation.
