I vividly remember a room at an AAA 4 Diamond hotel in New York, where one could see the leg up to the knee of the person next door, because the gap between the floor and the door was like 2-3 inches...
Does the Hotel assume any liability for the "rug burn and resulting skin infection" on your face caused from prolonged contact with the hotel carpet?
