Ok, I want to book 2 passengers together on United. We'll be taking a different return date but flying the outbound portion together. I want to, if possible, keep us on the same PNR for upgrade purposes on the outbound. I know this can't be done on United.com, but does anyone know if its possible if I call the call center?
