That's how long it took the Diamond line in SLC to change a ticket for me the other day. That included a transfer to something called "reissues" where I had to basically re-explain the situation. Chisholm used to do such things all in one call that lasted maybe 5 mins tops.
I know a key part is IT tools, and I hear Chisholm staff is even a bit less helpful because they have had a lot of IT tools and processes taken away.
Other calls to SLC have been "meh" to frankly disappointing for this PMNW caller to Chisholm.
