{snip}

I purchased the ticket on 10/15 through my company travel website (GetThere). I did manage to get into Economy Plus by calling an agent, but not sure if something is missing on my record since it doesn't say "Upgrade: Pending".

FWIW, I do have my CO Onepass number on my record.
I'm also flying UA 11/2 (TPA - TUS via DEN) as a CO Plat. Took me two calls across the ocean to get it right. First call got me into E+ but not on upgrade list. Second call got that. Reservation now says "Upgrade: Pending" for all four flights (TPA-DEN, DEN-TUS, TUS-DEN, DEN-TPA) and all are in E+. I look forward to my first UA flight w/status; be interested to see how it compares (I regularly fly TPA-TUS via IAH on CO and am probably 60 - 70% upgrades and am otherwise in 21A or 21F -- thin cushions but I prefer the window and the center is often unoccupied). One remaining shortcoming is that I am unable to change seats within E+ online without it wanting to charge me the E+ upgrade fee even though I'm already in E+.
