Eight days after my last call and still nothing. At least I talk to three people on the acela today and informed them of my issues. They had no idea if the issues with the site, so now they're going to check their accounts. I wonder how many people have no idea of the issues. Well, two more acela rides tomorrow and maybe a few more people to tell.
