I'm flying UA next Tuesday (11/02), and when I logged into UA.com, there is no indication of any upgrade pending. Clicking the "Upgrade" link takes me to the login page for Mileage Plus (I don't have a UA MP account). I called United reservations twice, and both times the agents in India had NO CLUE what I was talking about. One said that I would be upgraded right away if I ponied up $800 odd, and the other said that United doesn't offer upgrades to Continental elites

I purchased the ticket on 10/15 through my company travel website (GetThere). I did manage to get into Economy Plus by calling an agent, but not sure if something is missing on my record since it doesn't say "Upgrade: Pending".

FWIW, I do have my CO Onepass number on my record.
